Are you looking for a gymnast of your very own? She is the full package—athletic, smart, spry, fun-loving, obedient and young enough to take on the world right by your side! Shhhh! Don’t tell her that she is a tripod, she has no idea!

Please meet Sassy Pants! She is a Lab mix weighing in at 35 lbs of total cuteness! This sweet young lady was living on the streets, eating chicken bones and dodging cars, when her luck finally ran out! Unfortunately for her, the vet was unable to save her leg, but fortunately, it has not stopped her zest for life. This adorable girl is also the slickest bag lady this side of the Rio Grande. She can nab something and save it for later, without you even realizing she was up. She doesn’t destroy her finds, but she knows she may need them for later. So....grab a buggy and have it waiting! She loves attention, cuddling on the couch and chasing a toy or a friend! She loves playing outside and is learning a few manners along the way. She still likes to help you cook, if you will let her, and she can find every morsel that you drop. She is learning commands, walks very well on a leash and loves to ride in a car. She will try to get out with you, just in case you need help, and riding shotgun is super fun! She is housebroken and crate trained, but consistency is key to her continued training. She loves to play with friends and take leisurely strolls patrolling the yard. She ABSOLUTELY ADORES TOYS, especially those that squeak and crinkle. You will most likely find her in a toy box, if given the chance. She loves to snuggle with her friends and sleeping on her back is totally awesome. She has an adorable personality, especially once she gets to know you and settles in. She will need a friend to keep her company and a fenced in yard to run and play. She would love going on short hikes, spending the day at the beach or sitting by a bonfire. Whatever the adventure, she is your girl!

ADOPTION INFORMATION:
We are a foster-based animal rescue and we thank you for your interest in one of our animals. Our animals are fostered in various locations in the a South and in New England. Our fosters and adoption coordinators are the backbone of what we do. Our fosters work tirelessly to integrate our rescue animals into their home, so that we can provide as much information to potential adopters as possible. In addition, our coordinators offer as much information regarding the medical and behavioral and personality characteristics as is known to our organization. Without them, and our extremely generous donors, we would not be able to save as many animals as we do every day. With each adoption, we operate a Pay It Forward program, whenever possible, to help other animals in our rescue and future animals in need.
