Sassy's Story

Sassy is a sweet chatterbox of a dog. She walks well on a leash, knows basic commands, and has excellent recall. Her favorite place in the world is with her person, in the middle of absolutely everything that they are doing, and she bonds quickly. She loves her foster siblings, but is protective of her space, so would do well in a home with other tolerant pets or on her own.
Sassy is mostly house trained and is great at telling you when she needs to go. Her future humans will learn to quickly understand her quirky but effective vocalizing. She is also crate trained but struggles to hold her bladder for longer periods of time.
Sassy is truly an incredible dog and will make a great pet for a family who is willing to work with her chronic illness and help her realize her fullest potential. With just a bit of patience, she will make an excellent addition to your home.
