Sasha is looking for a home where she can finally settle in, feel safe, and enjoy the life she deserves.<br/><br/>Sasha is a beautiful 2-year-9-month-old, 44-pound Shepherd mix pup. She survived tremendous hardships as a very young puppy and came through it all as a strong, healthy, happy girl.<br/><br/>Today, Sasha is wonderful with people and absolutely adores children. She loves being with her humans and would happily spend her days by their side. She walks well on leash, rides nicely in the car, is crate trained, and is not destructive or a habitual barker. Her energy level is medium, making her a great companion for a variety of households.<br/><br/>Sasha is selective with other dogs and prefers having all of her people’s attention to herself. That does not mean that she does not like other dogs at all, but she is selective and does not like dogs in her face. We have observed her being sweet and curious with other males that she arrived with. She is also not reactive on walks. Finding a homer as an only dog will make it the best-case scenario for placement. She also should not live with cats.
