Hi, I'm Sasha!<br/><br/>I arrived at Mississauga Animal Services as a stray and, sadly, no one ever came to claim me. I'm a young 1-year-old Husky/German Shepherd mix, weighing about 60 lbs. I've been spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and fully vaccinated, and now I'm ready to find a forever family of my own!<br/><br/>I'm a fun-loving, energetic girl with a big personality! If you're looking for an adventure buddy, I just might be your perfect match. One of my favourite games is playing chase-I get the funniest zoomies racing back and forth, and I cant help but make everyone smile when I get excited!<br/><br/>Tennis balls are my absolute favourite toy... and I don't really care what size they are! I'll happily chase one around for a few minutes before something else catches my attention. You could say I like to keep life interesting!<br/><br/>Because I'm still young, I have lots of energy and would love a family that can keep me active with walks, playtime, and fun adventures. I'm also still learning my leash manners and can pull quite a bit when I'm excited, so Ill need someone who's patient and willing to help me with my leash training.<br/><br/>I'm still working on my manners around other dogs. At the shelter, I haven't done well when walking past them and may lunge, so I'd do best with someone who is committed to continuing my training and helping me build confidence. <br/><br/>I also haven't been tested with kids or cats yet, so my shelter friends aren't sure how I'd do with them.<br/><br/>I have so much love to give, and with the right person by my side, I know Ill make an amazing companion.<br/><br/>If you're interested in giving me the forever home I've been waiting for, please contact Mississauga Animal Services at (905) 896-5864, option 3, to book an appointment.
