Sasha is a beautiful black Lab mix with a big heart, a playful personality, and so much love to give!<br/><br/>When Sasha first arrived in her foster home, she was a little shy and unsure of her surroundings. But with some patience and a little time to settle in, she has completely blossomed into a happy, affectionate, and playful girl!<br/><br/>Sasha has a fun, medium-energy personality and loves getting outside to explore. Going for walks around the neighborhood is one of her favorite activities! She's become a fantastic leash walker and is always excited for an adventure when the harness gets pulled out. She loves to play and show off her silly/goofy side, but she's mostly just happy to soak up all the affection she can get, take naps and watch the squirrels and bunnies from the window.<br/><br/>One of the sweetest things about Sasha is how much she's learned to love attention. When she arrived in MN she was a pretty cautious dog, but has turned into a girl who absolutely loves being pet, cuddled, and loved on. She's really come out of her shell, and it's been wonderful watching her confidence grow!<br/><br/>Sasha is also fully potty trained, and has been great with her bathroom routine.<br/><br/>While Sasha has made incredible progress, she would still benefit from a family willing to give her a little time to adjust to a new environment. Once she feels safe and comfortable, her joyful, loving personality really shines through.<br/><br/>Sasha's ideal home would be with someone who enjoys walks, playtime, and plenty of snuggles. She's ready to find her forever family and share all the love she's been saving up! She's great around both cats and dogs. She hasn't spent a ton of time with children, although she enjoys getting pets from the neighborhood kids getting off the bus after school if we're out walking.<br/><br/>Sasha is estimated to be 5 years old and 61 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, and have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention.
