Meet Sarge! <br/><br/>Sarge is a handsome Shar-Pei and Bully mix around 5 years old with a resilient, happy spirit. Found as a stray in rural Kansas, this already neutered boy hasn't let his past stop his tail from constantly wagging. He is ready to find a forever family to shower with love!<br/>Sarge is a social butterfly who loves making other dogs his best friend. While he hasn’t quite figured out how to play with other dogs yet, he is a fantastic neutral companion. His favorite things are going on walks and giving his doggy friends affectionate licks. When it comes to humans, Sarge is all about affection. He loves to cuddle, kiss, and give gentle hugs. Because he likes to stand up for those hugs, he would do best in a home with older kids who won't accidentally be knocked over by his love. <br/>Sarge is highly food-motivated and incredibly eager to please, making training a breeze! He appears to be house-trained and already knows sit, down, hugs, and shake. He is currently practicing stay. He goes into his kennel nicely but is working on not barking while inside. His skin is still recovering from is adventures as a stray, but the areas of missing hair are already growing back! He is obsessed with squeaky toys and treats, and he makes the absolute cutest noises.<br/>He is currently in a foster home with kids, cats, and a dog!
