Sara's Story

If you hear something that sounds like a pig snorting when you come to visit the shelter...don't be alarmed! You'll find that it's miss Sara who's got the gift to gab!

(We do however have pigs available for adoption at our farm, so feel free to take a look at their profiles, too!)

Sara was brought into our care in April with her pal, Sage. Sage was quickly adopted. Since then Sara here has been patiently waiting to meet her new family!

She's a huge fan of playing fetch, and has done well on buddy walks with the other dogs in our care. We think Sara would be fine being in a one-dog home, or adopted into a home with other pups! She's an easy going, "go with the flow" type of gal.

She's spent some time in foster as well, to let her decompress from the ever so busy shelter environment. Sara didn't pay much attention to the resident cats, loved car rides, and had no accidents in the home!

If you think Sara might just be the perfect match to become your new best friend, give us a call at (607) 547-8111!
