SARA….aka “Pearl” is an 8 yo senior girl who loves ALL people. She is dog selective…meaning she chooses her friends carefully! Her background has required her to be picky…she and her five puppies came from a hoarding/cruelty situation and she is a SURVIVOR. Sara loves to be held, petted, and loved. She is uncomfortable around other large dogs so her wonderful fosters have given her privacy! Sara would be an AMAZING pet for someone who wants or needs companionship. She weighs around 65 lbs and is great on leash and a good car rider. Her $200 adoption fee includes spay, microchip, up to date shots and a Pro-Heart 12 shot for heartworms. JoJo's Paws's Adoption Policy

Upon inquiry, potential adopters are required to complete an extensive adoption application. Vet checks as well as references for applicants are completed and a group of five volunteers decide whether the application is approved prior to scheduling a meet and greet/home visit. A rescue representative must accompany the pet to the home for the scheduled home vist and make a final recommendation to the adoption committee as to the suitability of the placement.
