Sangria's Story
**Located in New Hampshire**

Meet Sangria!

Sangria is a 2.5 year old Hound mix weighing just 24 pounds, and this girl is convinced she’s still a puppy at heart! She is happy, outgoing, playful, and full of life. Sangria absolutely loves people and has a blast running and playing with other dogs. She’s the kind of girl who is always ready to join in on whatever fun is happening.

Sangria has done fantastic in her foster home. She has mastered potty training as long as she’s given regular opportunities to go outside, and she does wonderfully in her crate. She sleeps peacefully crated for 9+ hours overnight and may only fuss for a few minutes when left during the day before settling down. She also eats her meals in her crate and happily runs right in when she sees the food coming!

She already knows “sit” and “kennel” and has been working on “off.” Sangria enjoys going for walks and gets VERY excited when she spots new people or dogs, so she can pull when enthusiasm gets the best of her. Her foster has had great success using a front-clip harness. A securely fenced yard would be wonderful for her or kept on a leash, as this curious little hound has been known to consider visiting the neighbors when given the opportunity!

We think Sangria may have missed out on some of her own puppyhood since she had at least one litter of puppies before coming to rescue. Now she’s making up for lost time! She loves toys, bones, running, playing, and being silly — but once the fun is over, she is an excellent snuggler. She loves curling up with her canine friends and her humans and is always happy to sneak in some extra cuddle time.

Sangria is truly a fantastic girl who is ready for a family to love and plenty of adventures ahead. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and will have her health certificate prior to adoption. If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate, social little companion who can play hard and snuggle even harder, Sangria may be your girl!

https://www.livefreerescue.com/adoption-application
