Sandy is a beagle mix and is bonded to Simon. She must be adopted with Simon. They have endured quite a lot since their pet mom died. And we're sure she would not have liked to see them in a cold cage in a shelter after having spent time with her, loved and cherished. This pair is closely bonded.
