I was pregnant and living in the agricultural fields of Thermal with my puppies. Things were hard for us, some of my babies didn't survive, and those that did were tiny and weak.</p><br/><br/><p>Luckily, a kind woman reached out for help, and Natalie from the rescue came to get us. I was malnourished, had an ear infection, and my puppies were only three and four pounds. We were all very sick, but we were also friendly and ready to trust someone.</p><br/><br/><p>Thanks to my amazing foster mom, Genny, and her family, I got the love, care, and stability I needed. I was treated for infections and parasites, my puppies were nursed back to health, and now we are all thriving.</p><br/><br/><p>I'm a sweet, gentle soul who loves people and attention. I enjoy being petted, going on adventures, and I do well with other dogs with slow introductions. I also love kids and would make a wonderful family dog.</p><br/><br/><p>Now, it's my turn. Desert Paws Sanctuary's Adoption Policy
Adopters complete an adoption form.
Organization will review it.
Potential adopters will meet the animal.
If the potential adopter wants the animal, we will inspect the home for safety and if it’s the right fit for the animal.
If everything is good, adopter will pay the fee. Organization will provide a bag of the food the animal is on.
