Sandy's Story
Introducing Sandy!!

This sweet little girl was found outside with her sibling and mom, trying to survive the harsh winter weather. Thankfully, a wonderful foster stepped up and took them in, and now they are safe, healthy, and thriving in a loving home.

Sandy loves to roughhouse with her siblings and then crash hard for cuddles and a cozy nap. Her foster family has already started kennel training, and she’s doing great so far.

Her mom appears to be a shepherd and/or husky mix (pictured in the last photo), but dad is a mystery! We expect Sandy and her siblings will grow into medium to large-sized dogs once fully grown.

Like all puppies, Sandy will need a family committed to continued training, proper socialization, and plenty of physical activity to help her grow into the best version of herself. As of 12/28, she is estimated to be around 7 weeks old and will be ready to travel to her forever home in just a few weeks.

If you think Sandy could be your next best friend, apply today:
https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/DSTR/Dog

Sandy is being fostered in Houston Texas but is available for adoption many places around the country.
