MEET SANDY!<br/><br/>Sandy and Blaze were running down the highway together with tight ropes around their necks.<br/><br/>We were able to safely rescue them from harm!<br/><br/>Sandy is a 3 yr old Min Pin/Chihuahua blend! She weighs 12lbs.<br/><br/>Sandy is a sweet girl that has had a crappy life and we are going to change that!<br/><br/>Sandy is a sweet and affectionate girl.
