Sandy's Story

Sandy is a 9 year old senior female golden retriever for adoption. Sandy was rescued from a puppy mill after a lifetime of having babies. The day of her freedom ride was a scary day for Sandy.

Sandy had some dribbling and did see an internal medicine doctor on May 7th. She has over active kidneys making too much urine. She is now on Proin and added Incurin and Doxycycline and we are hoping this will now help her.

The vet also found a tumor on the right 5th mammary gland and she will soon have surgery to check this out.

Sandy is a sweetheart and is great with other dogs. A physical fenced yard is required with her adoption.

If you are interesting in fostering-to-adopt Sandy, please read "How to Adopt" and follow the directions from there. .
