Sandy's Story

Sandy
Age: 6 months
Sex: Female
Breed: Shar-Pei Pitty Mix
Weight: 38 pounds
Good In Home With: Dogs

It feels like Sandy’s purpose in life is to remind us that everything is going to be okay. Sandy is the kind of good that is rare to come by and a pleasure to behold. Sandy was found ice skating on a cold winter day in the middle of a Chicago street without any mittens. A lady picked her up, handed her to our dear friend Katie, and we are so happy to be getting to know her.

Sandy may be a puppy, but she’s got that cool old soul thing going on. Somebody call Motown! She is ready to dive into your life and make every day better with her boundless joy and sweet demeanor. She’s smart, fun, and needs someone willing to show her the ropes.

Do we think she’s really a shar-pei? Yes, but we’re not a dna test and she’s got some growing up to do. We can’t wait to see her blossom! Sandy is ready to leap frog her way into your life and nose dive into your garden bed! Let her playfully bounce into your heart. You won’t regret it!
