The Helen M. Johnson Animal Shelter is a 501c3 non-profit organization located in Osceola, Missouri. Our mission is to provide for the rescue, care, shelter, and adoption of homeless, abused, endangered, discarded, or neglected dogs in the St. Clair County area. We strive to finding loving, caring, forever homes for each of the animals in our care. Our staff is dedicated to educating the general public on the importance of spaying/neutering, vaccinating, and most importantly, the humane treatment of all animals. The shelter is partnered and located within the Osceola Vet Clinic which allows us to provide veterinary care and services to each of our animals. We hope to maintain a lasting relationship with each pet and their new family that extends well past the adoption process.
