4/23/26 - Found in Apple Valley in the vicinity of Blackfoot Rd and Thunderbird Rd. No microchip. Per finder, is friendly and good with other dogs. LM ***** AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION NOW ***** AS OF: 4-28-26 Spayed female ~2 yrs. old 40 pounds Vaccines given 4-23-26 No microchip ALT ID# 4-23-26 6 4-28-26 friendly, shy, walks on leash, needs grooming 5/6/26 - dog is nervous at 1st but warms up quickly. gentle when taking treats and give kisses to staff. She ignored the other dogs when walking past them, loves to be pet and seeks lots of attention. Knows the command sit. *****Animals are eligible for adoption by the public after their stray hold period. Rescues are permitted to pull on 4/30/26; animal is also legally available for euthanasia on this same date. AVAS will continue to follow the protocols in place for the health/safety of the animals in our care. The canine population currently in our care that are not showing symptoms will be posted on our website for public viewing. Canines will continue to be monitored by our medical staff under the direction of our supervising Veterinarian.
