Be Ready For: Undeniable sweetness, a playful spirit and never-ending cuddle time with this 50-pound lap dog.

He Is All About: His people, sprawling out in the sunshine, a game of fetch, running and playing around outside (preferably in a fenced-in yard) and snuggling up real close! He has a moderate energy level and is ready to join in with his peoples’ activities.

Adapts To: The everchanging weather! He arrived at Pet Haven from Texas in the middle of what some call, Minnesota Snowageddon, and he made it work! But he is looking forward to strolls outside enjoying the great Minnesota summers :)

Skill Set: Gnawing on rawhides, being a well-behaved superstar left out to roam while his people are away and reaching total relaxation mode.

His Posse: Currently, Samson is chilling with dogs, cats and kids. He is curious and respectful towards the cats, gets along fantastic with the dogs and is good with kids! He would be all about having another doggy friend in his forever home to play with.

Need-To-Know: Samson sometimes gets the urge to sing and dance, and so an apartment would not be the best fit.

His adoption fee includes spay/neuter, heartworm/Lyme test, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, & Bordetella), HW and flea/tick preventative, and microchip implant and registration.

Adoption fees INCLUDE a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.

Due to post-adoption services provided, it is Pet Haven's policy to only place dogs into homes within a 75-mile radius of the Minneapolis, MN city center.
