He's great at the dog park with the bigger dogs.<br/>•Cats: No cats<br/>•Housing: he needs a house with a backyard. He has lived as in indoor dog all his life, but likes a yard to run around in.<br/>•Personality: very friendly, lovable, playful He has a very happy-go-lucky personality. Great overall disposition and has good play manners. He loves people and kids of all ages. They are sweet, gentle giants.<br/>•What we know: Sammy is a stunning harlequin Great Dane. He is a BIG boy, easily the biggest Dane we have encountered. He loves everyone he's ever met, especially men. He is loving and gentle with kids and friendly and social with other dogs. He has attended many Great Dane meet-up groups in the past. He loves his toys and can sit and lay down on command. He heels well on leash. He's been through beginner & intermediate training class and goes on walks 3 times daily. Sammy will bond quickly with his owner. He would appreciate a house with a yard. There is nothing wrong with Sammy. His prior owner had fallen ill, and we re-homed Sammy earlier this year. This current owner is now divorcing. Both families have nothing but good things to say about this big boy.
