This big guy is just the sweetest! Sammy is a 5-year-old Hound* mix weighing 100 pounds. He is a gentle giant. He is a friendly guy. We just brought Sammy into our care but he is already becoming more outgoing and we think he is going to be quite the cuddler. Sammy is a good walker and likes to check out all the sniffs. Are you looking for a walking partner? He is dog friendly. If you have another dog in the home, we require a meet and greet to be sure it is a good fit. We think he would do best with a fully fenced yard so he can run and play safely. No kitties for this big boy. You can meet Sammy on Saturdays from 10-2 at Dogs Forever, 809 Rockford Rd SW in Cedar Rapids. Dogs Forever of Iowa's Adoption Policy

All dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations, checked for heartworm and on heartworm preventative. Adoption fees vary by age.
