This local boy has lived in the same home for 3 years but his humans just feel he’d be better suited for a solo pup household. Sammy gets nervous and intimidated by his fellow canines, and in response reacts with growls and nips. Some kitty friends are more to this pup’s liking, but no crazy kittens please. High energy, chaos and instability are just not for Sammy. He is looking for a home that can provide him with structure, a low key household that can give him time to decompress. Sammy himself is a low energy guy that loves a good nap and day of lounging after his walks. He is house and crate trained, in addition to having basic manners and obedience inside the home. Like most hounds this boy is highly food motivated, which leads to the occasional stolen snack or garbage raid. We do know that Sammy is a Beagle/Cocker Spaniel mix weighing about 25lbs.
