This handsome boy was rescued in Puerto Rico & is being fostered on Long Island, NY.

Sammy is about 3 yrs old & 50 lbs. At home, he just wants to veg out and be a couch potato, rolling over for belly rubs when he sees you coming! He is also comfortable in a crate and enjoys hanging out in his.
Outside, he is an adventurous boy who loves going jogging with his foster dad and long walks on the beach. His favorite thing ever is going for car rides! He even sings along to the radio in the car—watch the video!
*** Sammy needs EITHER a fenced-in yard OR an owner who can take him jogging/hiking always on a leash. ***
He is gentle with kids he meets but prefers a home without little ones 24/7 bc he likes being calm at home. He’s also dog-selective so needs a home with no other pets.
Sammy is SUPER smart, housebroken, and knows all his basic commands. He’s also 100% vetted, vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped.
