Sami

Sami may be a little timid when you first meet her but give her some time to warm up and you'll discover a total lap dog who loves nothing more than being close to her people and, of course, a good butt scratch! She's also a smart cookie who has learned so much and is ready to keep showing off what she knows.

Sami comes from the Ironwood State Prison Dog Foster Program, a unique program that gives shelter dogs the opportunity to build meaningful connections while learning important skills for life in a home. During her time in the program, Sami practiced leash walking, crate training, and good household manners, helping prepare her for her next chapter.

If you're looking for a sweet, smart girl who just needs a little time to come out of her shell, Sami might be your perfect match!
