Sami's Story

Sami is a large-size 3-year-old Akita mix who weighs 56 pounds. She's extremely smart and sweet - a perfect pair! Like any Akita, Sami enjoys staying active and will require plenty of exercise, both mental and physical. She makes fast bonds with people and melts into you to ask for more pets! Sami is dog-selective, so we'd have to make sure any potential dogs in her new home are a good fit first. Sami does require a home without cats, and any children in the home should be older because of her high-energy level. She was tested for heartworms and Lyme and was negative for both. Sami is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready to go home.
