Sam's Story

You must live in the Pacific Northwest to adopt a Boston Terrier through BTRWW. Please go to btrww.org, click to adopt, print the application, fill it out and email it back to bbtww23@gmail.com. Every Wednesday we will post and repost dogs that are available for adoption. Our Bostons come and go quickly. If you want to be considered for adoption as a dog, come in, get your application in. We revisit each applicant as dogs come in. Our dogs go to families that can best meet that dog's needs.

Meet Sam!

Hi, my name is Sam. I am 1 year old and weigh 15 pounds. I was picked up as a stray in Everett, WA. I have a heart full of love and an endless supply of enthusiasm for life. I am friendly, affectionate, and always ready for my next adventure. Whether it’s playing with other dogs, making friends with cats or curling up with children, Sam fits right in wherever he goes.

I am house trained, and crate trained, well mannered, and thrives on companionship. I love to play with my toys, chew on dog chews, go for walks and play, play play! My personality is a perfect balance of playful energy and loving devotion—always eager to bring joy to those around him.

I do have an eye condition called Corneal Endothelial Degeneration in both eyes. It is a lifelong condition that requires daily eye ointment to keep me comfortable. However, this does not affect my vision or my ability to live a full happy life. I recently visited with a dog ophthalmologist, who gave me a clean bill of health and confirmed that with proper care, I will continue to thrive. To help potential adopters understand my condition, the specialist is even available to answer any questions.

My perfect home would have a secure fenced yard, a family that would love and care for me, and include me in their family activities. I have a lot of love to give you. If you are ready to welcome a smart, affectionate and resilient dog into your life. I am waiting to meet you! Please go to www.btrww.org, click on adopt, and fill out an application and email it back to us. If your home is full but you'd like to help with her rescue expenses, please donate & share.
