Sally Sage's Story

Sally Sage is a sweet and gentle soul. She was born on 7/5/22 and weighs about 45 pounds. She is nearsighted, so things like stairs and new people/environments can be a little confusing for her at first, but she approaches everything bravely and can get around just fine! She may be slightly hearing-impaired but is not completely deaf, as she does respond to sounds. Sally seems to enjoy the company of other dogs, but can be a little awkward in her play style. She is house-trained and walks well on a leash. She has also done great with kids.Sally Sage is spayed, microchippped, up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, and on monthly flea/heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is $300 and you can apply to adopt at mpravl.org

All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Contact the foster parent or Mountain Pet Rescue at pets@mpravl.org for more information.

Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label.

Mountain Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit tax deductible charity (EIN 82-3039637) located in Asheville, NC.
