Sally Ann is a 2 yr old female Border Collie/Lab mix who weighs in around 30lbs. She needs to gain some weight. She's shy first but once she's comfortable she'll follow you around like a shadow. She lived in a situation with a lot of dogs so needs time to learn to feel safe and loved. Her nose had an injury but it is healing well. She's very sweet, loving and fun loving. Paws 4 the Cause's Adoption Policy
Paws 4 the Cause is an all volunteer "no kill" rescue. We do not harm animals, but the more we can adopt out, the more we can take in. We take in the hardest cases, dogs and cats that are close to death or starvation. The adoption fee barely covers a fraction of what we spend. Our average animal costs about $200 for the first month in food and vet fees, and approx. $50 per month thereafter. All donations are used to pay directly for animal food and vet expenses. There are no employee or overhead expenses.
