Sally was rescued shortly after giving birth and proved to be an incredible mom, calm, gentle, and so loving to her puppies. All of her babies have since been adopted into happy homes, and now that Sally is heartworm-free and spayed, she’s ready to focus on her own future and find a family to call her own.<br/><br/>Sally is the definition of a quiet companion, sweet, gentle, and happiest just being near her person. She may take a little time to warm up, but once she feels safe, her soft and affectionate personality really starts to shine.<br/><br/>She loves the simple things in life, especially sitting outside with you on a warm day, taking peaceful walks (she’s perfect on leash), and enjoying a good snack, she’s very food motivated and eager to learn. She does well in the crate and has shown she can settle nicely with structure. She has been around cats and has done well, and while we’re still learning about her with other dogs, she has shown some interest in play.<br/><br/>Sally would do best in a home that can give her a little time to adjust and help her continue building confidence at her own pace.
