Sally

Sally is an unbelievably sweet and affectionate young girl whose kindness shines through everywhere she goes. After being left behind during an eviction and brought to the shelter, Sally briefly thought she had found her happy ending when she was adopted. Sadly, her adopter never returned to pick her up. Despite all of this uncertainty, Sally has remained loving, easy to handle, and eager to share her affection with everyone she meets. <br/>Recently, she faced another challenge when she became seriously ill and was diagnosed with pneumonia, requiring emergency treatment. Sally received oxygen therapy, IV antibiotics, fluids, diagnostic testing, and hospitalization over the 4th of July weekend. Thankfully, she is now back at SCI Chester, feeling much better, and continuing her recovery surrounded by people who care about her. She has started her prison training program and is learning how to be a star. Sally is accepting applications in the meantime!
