I’m a total cuddle bug and love being close to my people. I also get so excited when my foster mom comes home at lunch with my tail wagging, whole body wiggling, because it means I get to go on a fun walk with her and my foster siblings. It’s the best part of my day! Well, except maybe bedtime because I love sleeping in my foster mom’s bed with one of my foster siblings. <br/><br/>I’m also learning my basic commands, but I’ll need a patient and loving person who will keep working with me so I can be my very best self.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a well-behaved, affectionate, and joyful little companion, I might just be your perfect match<br/> <br/>I love going on walks! I get very excited when going out to explore the world.<br/>I have a terrific smile ( even though my foster mom can’t capture it in a picture)<br/>I get along with everyone I have met so far! <br/>I would rather not be kept in a kennel. Working on it<br/>Rides well in car? Not a fan, I get carsick on long rides. <br/>Good with other dogs? Yes<br/>Good with cats? I am interested in the cats in my foster home, but not too sure what to make of them. One of them hissed at me right away, so I’m wary.<br/>Good with young children? I have not been around any but should be fine<br/>Good with strangers? Yes<br/>Shy or confident? A bit shy, but gets confident quickly.<br/>Barks? Very minimally. My foster mom has only heard me bark once<br/>Apartment qualified? Yes<br/>Any Special needs or Health Issues? Other medical needs diagnosed while in foster care are also treated prior to adoption.<br/><br/>MABTR requires a fenced in area from families who own their home, however we DO adopt to apartment complexes and communities where fences are not permitted due to leases and covenants. In these cases a leash law must be enforced. We do not accept invisible fencing.<br/><br/>MABTR only adopts to families residing in NE, CO, MO, KS, IA, WY, SD, ND, ID, UT, MT, MN, and NW AR due to the lack of volunteer support in other states, no exception even if you are willing to drive.<br/><br/>If you are Interested in Adoption please complete our online adoption application at 'https://www.adoptaboston.com/adoption-application<br/><br/>Petfinder's form is NOT our application.
