Update: Salem has sadly tested positive for heartworms. She is going through treatment and is available to go into a home on a foster to adopt basis. Salem will be on restricted activity while she recuperated. <br/><br/>Salem is very sweet, and a bit shy. She plays well with other dogs, has a quiet demeanor and has nice house manners.<br/><br/>Adoption fee is $125.00. Nevada County Animal Shelter dogs are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and are up to date on their flea, tick and heartworm prevention prior to adoption.
