Sage's Story
Meet Sage

Sage is what we lovingly call a TBD.

She loves me. Absolutely loves me. Other people? Well... sometimes the way she reacts, you'd think she was Cujo. LOL.

Sage seems to be one of those dogs who decides pretty quickly whether you're her person. She either loves you or she doesn't, which admittedly makes writing an adoption bio a little interesting!

Still, we've learned something important at Pattie's Waggin' Tails: never say never. We've had dogs we weren't sure were adoptable who completely blossomed once they left the busy sanctuary environment and had their own person, their own routine, and a quieter home.

Sage is approximately 10 years old, about 20 pounds, recently spayed, and came to us from ACCT Philly. She's looking for someone patient who understands that trust may need to be earned and who is willing to let Sage decide when she's ready to become your best friend.

Could her person be out there?

We think it's worth finding out.
