Sage<br/>3-month-old spayed medium-sized Terrier mix (and something special!)<br/><br/>Sage is a pretty independent girl and very dog-savvy. She plays well with other dogs and is respectful of their boundaries. She may try to encourage my girls to play, but if they aren't interested, she's perfectly content to find something else to do.<br/><br/>She takes time to warm up to people and is still unsure around humans, but she's incredibly brave despite her reservations. Sage isn't much of a cuddler. She'll accept pets, but you can tell she's still figuring out how she feels about them.<br/><br/>One thing she absolutely loves is treats, which makes training fairly easy. She's smart and eager to learn, but she definitely has a stubborn streak and prefers to do things on her own timeline.<br/><br/>Because she's still so young, Sage is an open slate of opportunity. With continued training, patience, and positive experiences, she's going to blossom into an amazing companion.
