Meet Sage & Sable <br/>Sage and Sable are a bonded mother-daughter pair of Anatolian Shepherds looking for a forever home together. Sable is 7 and the laid-back mama of the duo, while 2-year-old Sage has a little more youthful energy and loves being your shadow.<br/>Both girls are house trained, walk well on leash, and are incredibly sweet and affectionate. They love pets, snuggles, holding hands, and aren’t shy about giving you a paw when they’d like a little more attention. Sable is more independent and takes her relaxation very seriously, while Sage prefers to be wherever her people are.<br/>They’re kid-friendly and dog-friendly. Small animals are unknown, but squirrels are definitely considered chase-worthy. They enjoy being outside, but these girls have also discovered the magic of air-conditioning and are BIG fans. <br/>Both are heartworm positive and will receive treatment through the rescue, so they need a local adopter so we can continue that care. A fenced yard would be ideal since Anatolians are natural explorers; without one, they’ll need to remain leashed outside.<br/>Two beautiful girls, one package deal<br/>The girls are fostered in St Pete. All medical treatments will be paid for by the rescue at our vets, covering all vetting and heartworm needs for the next year.
