Sage's previous owner passed away, and she was not cared for in the way we would hope for our rescued Shelties. She is now up to date on all of her vet care, and has recently been spayed. ***SAGE WAS RECENTLY TREATED FOR HEARTWORMS AND IS ON 8 WEEKS OF CRATE REST THROUGH THE END OF MAY 2026*** She can be adopted during this time to a family willing to maintain her exercise restrictions. Sage is crate trained and seems to be housetrained. She walks well on a leash, and is a very sweet and reserved girl. She has not been tested with cats or children, but we anticipate she would do well with both. A securely fenced yard is required for Sage's adoptive home.
