SADIE, OUR SHY LITTLE SOCIAL BUTTERFLY! <br/><br/>Sadie is the kind of dog who just fits right into the family! She's sweet, gentle, bubbly, and wonderfully easygoing. She's about 112 years old, possibly a plott hound or pittie mix, and a petite 40–50 pounds. She's already house trained and crate trained! She's fantastic with other dogs, cats, and even little kids, including toddlers! She's shared kennels with several different dogs and has proven to be quite the social butterfly. She's more of a follower than a leader, with a gentle play style and a love for being part of the dog gang. She can be a little shy at first, but you can practically see how badly she wants to join the fun. Give her a little time, and that happy, adorable personality comes shining through! <br/><br/>We've been in love with Sadie since her picture first appeared on the shelter website. We watched as days turned into weeks, then months, and somehow this beautiful girl was still waiting. We couldn't let time become her enemy, so we rescued her along with her kennel mate, Sir William Flufflebutt (Bill to his friends ).<br/><br/>We can't imagine anyone meeting this sweet girl and not falling completely in love.
