Sadie's Story

Sadie is a 10-month-old pup (DOB 1/11/25) who’s learning what it means to feel safe, loved, and part of a family. She didn’t have much socialization early in life, so she can be timid at first, but once she starts to feel comfortable, her gentle and playful spirit shines through.

Sadie has that classic husky “spark” and a touch of sass to match! She’s still a little skittish in new situations, but around other dogs, her confidence blossoms. She loves having canine friends and feels her best when she’s part of a pack. Because of that, she’d do best in a home with another calm, confident dog who can help guide her and show her the ropes.

She’s not house- or crate-trained yet, but she’s a smart girl who’s eager to learn with consistent routines and patient guidance. Sadie would do best in a calm home with older, well-mannered children who understand that she needs space and time to build trust.

Her ideal family will be patient, understanding, and experienced with dogs—someone who can give her gentle structure and allow her to grow at her own pace. Sadie isn’t ready for busy outings or loud environments just yet, but with love, calm leadership, and another confident dog by her side, she’ll continue to bloom into the sweet and loyal companion she’s meant to be.

Sadie is a beautiful young husky who just needs someone to believe in her and show her that she’s finally home.

If you are interested in adopting, please complete and submit an adoption application.
