Hi, I’m Sadie! My foster mom has fallen totally in love with me - calling me one of the bestest girls! I love to listen when you talk to me and will even engage back in conversation. I can cuddle on the couch or keep up with you to go for a walk or maybe even a run if you’d like to build my endurance. I get along with the dogs, cat, and kids in my foster home. My previous family said that I have shown herding behaviors towards children in the past, but I have not shown that in my foster home so far - I do sometimes lick the back of my foster mom’s legs as she is walking from place to place. I have never been crated and have not needed a crate in my foster home when my foster family leaves. I was extremely anxious for the first 48 hours in my foster home and then I relaxed…turning into the sweet awesome dog that I am. I also have excellent recall and will immediately come when called.
