Sabrina is a 9 month old shih tzu/maltese mix puppy. She currently weighs about 12 pounds, but is still quite the growing pup. While we expect her full grown weight to be under 20 pounds, we can not accurately predict that, so if you need a pup guaranteed to be a specific size, she is not the pup for you. Sabrina arrived in rescue after she was surrendered as her previous family could not properly care for her. She has since been raised in a loving foster home and is thriving. Sabrina is still very much a puppy and learning all of her life skills, so she will need a family that is up for that long term - which means house training, leash training, learning what to chew and not chew, continued socialization and positive reinforcement. Her foster mom says: Meet Sabrina 💕<br/>The sweetest soul you could ever hope to love—and trust me, it’s impossible not to fall for her. Sabrina has that perfect mix of fun, affection, and personality that lights up every room she walks into. She’s outgoing, full of life, and a total people lover (as long as you pass the vibe check 😉). Sabrina is also a dog’s dog through and through. If you have a playful pup at home, she would absolutely love a built-in best friend! One of her favorite things in the world (right after getting love from her humans) is playing with her furry siblings and soaking up all the fun. When she’s not busy playing, Sabrina is all about the cozy life—think couch cuddles, blanket burrowing, and the occasional burst of zoomies from one end of the house to the other 😂 She brings that perfect balance of energy and snuggly sweetness. She’s well-behaved in the home, walks nicely on a harness and leash, and would truly thrive with a yard to run and play in. Sabrina is doing great with potty training as long as she’s let out regularly, and she handles the crate just fine. She may need a day or two to settle into a new environment, but once she does, her loving personality shines bright. Sabrina is a carefree, fun-loving girl with so much love to give—just waiting for her forever family to come find her 🐾✨<br/><br/>Sabrina is spayed, up to date on vaccines, on flea and heartworm prevention and microchipped.<br/><br/>Sabrina is fostered in the Orlando area and her adoption donation is $500.
