Saben is a big boy eager for any adventure you’ll invite him on. He’s so happy to see you coming to visit lil ole him, he will likely jump up and give you an immediate hug. At 73 pounds, this might be intimidating for some folks—and admittedly it’s not a great habit, so he does have a few manners to learn—but he’s all heart and just wants to be near you. ?? Plus he does know a lot of of commands already! He knows “down” and “sit” like a pro and he might even know “drop it”? Unless that was just a coincidence and he didn’t want that rotten banana peel in his mouth anymore anyway ??<br/>Saben was paired with a female when he first got to the shelter but staff noticed he might be bullying her a little bit, so they separated the two and he’s now in a back building out of public view. This means you will have to ask to meet him! It also means that dog introductions at home need to be done slowly over time think of both Saben and the resident dog time to acclimate to each other.<br/>This smart love bug would also probably do well as an only dog. As a young, energetic boy, he will need plenty of daily exercise but he’ll make an excellent cuddle buddy at the end of the day, too. Come meet him today!
