This handsome fella is Ryder, a wonderful 1.5 year old, 48 pounds, Hound/Shepherd mixed boy. <br/><br/>Ryder is a big playful “puppy” with plenty of love to share. He has a sweet demeanor and is good with other dogs and kids. This guy LOVES to cuddle. He will curl up and rest his head on your lap every chance he gets. Some of Ryder’s favorite things: playing with doggy friends, hanging with the humans, fetching tennis balls, sunny outside time (whether it be running around or surveying the land), playing tug o war, and going for walks. He hasn’t met a toy he doesn’t love. If your active; he’ll be a great walking/running/hiking buddy. We can totally see this kid enjoying afternoons in the green belt.<br/><br/>We think Ryder will do great with an active family, that has a yard he can run around in, or who will take him to dog parks. He would even love another doggy brother or sister. <br/><br/>He has been doing so well with training. This kid is very eager to please and is a very smart fast learner. Ryder has been working on basic commands and leash training, he already knows “sit”, “shake”, and “down”. He is potty trained and does well in the crate for several hours at a time. <br/><br/>If you're ready for a fun, loving, sweet and playful kid, Ryder will be perfect for your family!!
