Ryder's Story

Meet Ryder, a 6-year-old Aussie sweetheart

Ryder is one of those dogs who wears his heart on his sleeve. He’s sweet-natured, silly, goofy, and playful, with a joyful spirit and a deep desire to be close to his person. He loves being by your side—whether that’s joining you on a walk, watching the world go by, or settling in for long, cozy snuggles.

Ryder hasn’t always had the consistency he deserved. Due to frequent travel in his previous home, he was often left behind in the care of different people, doing his best to adjust each time. While Ryder remained a good, loving dog through it all, he’s now ready for something different—a stable, predictable home where he can truly relax and feel secure.

He would thrive in a quiet environment with space to run, burn off his energy, and then settle in for the affection he craves. Ryder is believed to be dog selective, so thoughtful introductions will help set him up for success. He’s looking for an experienced, patient adopter who understands the importance of routine, structure, and consistency—and who will give him the peace of knowing he’s finally home for good.

If you’re searching for a loyal companion with a big heart and so much love to give, Ryder is ready to meet you 🐾
Adoption fee Sponsored
Apply at www.AllHerdingBreedDogRescue.com
Follow us on #herdingdogrescueil
