Ryder's Story

Ryder is a 2yr old Doberman with a remarkable story of resilience and recovery. When he was first found, he was severely malnourished and suffering from an open wound on his neck.
Since then, he has received full veterinary care, including all vaccinations and his rabies shot, and is now well on his way to a healthy, happy life. His wound is healing nicely, and with each passing day, Ryder continues to grow stronger and more vibrant.
Despite his difficult start, Ryder has proven to be an incredibly sweet and affectionate boy. He thrives on love and attention, happily soaking up every rub and cuddle he can get. He's also very food-motivated, which has made training a smooth and rewarding process..he quickly learned how to sit and lie down within just a few days.
Ryder is very smart, highly alert, and naturally on guard, showing strong protective instincts toward his home and the people he trusts. He does well when meeting new adults with proper introductions, though he can be uneasy around children at times, so he would do best in an adult-only home where he can feel safe and relaxed. As he continues to regain his strength, he enjoys plenty of naps throughout the day, balancing his recovery with moments of playful curiosity.
Ryder is more than ready for a fresh start with a loving family who will appreciate his gentle spirit, respect his protective nature, and continue to help him thrive.
