Ruthie has the most wonderful, jubilant nature. She is friendly and fabulous with everyone. Ruthie is a snuggly lap dog, a playful family dog and an all-around perfect angel. She is great with other dogs but scared of large dogs and she would do best with older children. <br/><br/>Ruthie is fully vetted -- spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations and deworming.
