New to our rescue (April 12) is SUPER SUPER sweet RUSTY!  This handsome Golden Retriever isn't as big as Ivan, our other golden boy, but what he lacks in size he makes up for in personality PLUS!  Rusty is underweight.  Previous owners probably fed him something crappy like "Ole Roy" from Wal Mart, or they didn't feed him enough.  He is gentle, loving and oh so nice.  I will try and get a photo of him posted in the next few days.

We post our dogs are house trained because most of them do pretty good once they get away from a noisy shelter but we NEVER claim our dogs are totally house trained.  ALL RESCUE dogs go through a lot of emotional trauma and they need a calm, patient, loving home and a chance to adjust to his surroundings.  We are listing Rusty as a purebred but we have NO PROOF.  We are basing this on this head and body shape AND his adorable personality!
