Rusty is playful with other dogs, curious, and a bit shy at first with strangers. He'd neutered, current on shots and heartworm negative. He weighs about 14 pounds, so a nice sized tweenie fella. He's ready to meet a new family. He loves to have his hair brushed and really needs a home with other dogs, otherwise he gets a bit too clingy like velcro!
