Rusty

Rusty is a young chihuahua who arrived at the shelter after being shot with a pellet gun. He has had medical care to give him the quality of life that he deserves. Because of his injuries, Rusty tends to drag one of his back feet, but this doesn't slow him down! He is full of energy and fun, and loves to run and play. Rusty does suffer another consequence of his injuries. He has bladder and anal leakage that he is dealing with. With many vet visits it has been determined that this may or may not be a permanent condition. Rusty would do best wearing a dog diaper or wrap when he is roaming the house. He also still has a couple of pellets under his skin, but these cause no harm to him and are unable to be removed.
