Have you ever seen a more beautiful girl? <br/><br/>Meet Rumi! <br/><br/>Rumi is a 5-6 month old shepherd mix (best guess) with the most beautiful black and copper coat with the tiniest white patch right on her chest. We expect that she’ll be medium-large when she’s finished growing. <br/><br/>Rumi has an extremely calm, loyal and gentle temperament - reminiscent of a shepherd. She loves to be near her people and will snuggle up right next to you. She walks great on leash and will stay right by your side. Most of all, Rumi loves the companionship of other dogs and would thrive in a home with another pup or even in a multi-dog household. She does fine with cats too! <br/><br/>Rumi would do best in a home without young children as their energy can be overwhelming for her. She is just about fully housebroken, utd on vaccines and preventatives, is microchipped, and has a spay appointment scheduled for 6/5. She will sleep in a crate at night but it takes her some time to settle down. She struggles when left alone but as long as she has a dog companion with her she does okay! <br/><br/>Rumi will make an excellent addition to a calmer home that has doggy friends for her to play with.
