Rumble

Hi! My name is Rumble (or Rumbly Bumbly Bee, as one of the volunteers likes to call me)! I am a younger adult dog. The people who brought me in say I am a mix of Rottweiler and Anatolian Shepherd, though my people taking care of me at the shelter feel I have more features of a different type of shepherd or a heeler. I am an outgoing and smart girl; I know sit, lay down, and can shake hands on both sides. My "tricks in progress" include not jumping on you, stay, and walking nicely on the leash. I love to go for walks and get excited, especially at the beginning, so hold on tight! If I had a fenced-in yard at home, I think I'd keep it safe from squirrels for you! Because of the likely breeds in me, I can sometimes be a bit mouthy, but it's because I get excited. I have a lot of energy, and like to be busy! I have a feeling I might be able to fetch things for you if you want to teach me how. I bet I'd be a great hiking or running buddy too. I also love butt scratches, but then, who doesn't? I think I might like boy dogs pretty well, I have had a couple of them as kennel neighbors and have acted nicely to them. I would be best without small children or cats, I'm definitely "too much" for the smaller ones. I would love to meet you! And I apologize in advance if I jump on you, I just love saying HI with gusto!
