Rugar's Story

Rugar would do best as the only dog in the home. He does have a chicken allergy as well. He does not do well with young children who do not understand dog boundaries. Children over 10 years and older would be best in Rugar's case. He is a super sweet boy though and very smart! He does know how to sit and shake!
